Pixiiifish creates each item with care and intention. We aim to get your order to you reliably and in good condition.

Shipping Information

Processing & Fulfillment Time

Orders are prepared and fulfilled within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This includes production time for print-on-demand items. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), it may take up to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates (U.S. Domestic)

We use trusted carriers like USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

•  Standard Shipping — $6–$15 (varies by items). Estimated total delivery: 5–12 business days from order placement (includes fulfillment + transit).

•  Priority/Express Shipping (recommended for faster arrival or heat-sensitive items like candles) $12–$25. Estimated total delivery: 4–8 business days from order placement.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the USA.

Notes for Heat-Sensitive Items (e.g., Candles)

Candles may be affected by high temperatures during transit. We use secure, insulated packaging where possible. Priority shipping is Delays due to carrier issues or weather are outside our control. If melting occurs, contact us with photos for assistance.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You can track it directly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because items are custom-made or handmade, our policy is designed to balance your experience with the effort involved in creation.

General Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition (including all packaging and tags).

•  Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

•  Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (original shipping fees non-refundable).

•  Exchanges are available for a different item or store credit (subject to stock).

Exceptions

•  No returns on final sale items, personalized/custom pieces, or digital downloads.

•  Opened/used candles and similar perishable items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (e.g., printing error, broken item), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or credit, and usually cover return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1.  Email us at hello@pixiiifish.com with your order number and details.

2.  We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

3.  Ship the item back securely to:
